Sharon Holt, Parnell’s new Vice President of U.S. Pet Care
Holt joins Parnell with more than 20 years of experience in the animal health industry. Since joining Merial in 2002 and continuing through its acquisition by Boehringer Ingelheim in 2017, she has held leadership positions spanning sales, marketing, supply chain, commercial operations and business development. Throughout her career, she has helped drive organizational growth, operational excellence and customer-focused innovation that supports veterinarians, pet owners and the health of pets.
Most recently, Holt was recognized by Boehringer Ingelheim for her leadership and impact, receiving the OnePet Innovation Award and the Global Excellence Award in 2025, followed by the President’s Club Award in 2026.
In her role at Parnell, Holt will lead the company’s U.S. Pet Care business, focusing on commercial strategy, customer engagement, organizational development and growth initiatives designed to expand access to innovative solutions for veterinary professionals and the animals they serve.
