ArchieVerse Adds Joint Human-and-AI Support Calls and Three-Tier Video Rendering in Latest Platform Update

MIAMI, FL, UNITED STATES, August 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — ArchieVerse, an AI-powered homeownership platform, today announced a platform update introducing a combined human-and-AI customer support format and an expanded video rendering system for home visualization.

Human and AI Agents on the Same Support Call

The new ArchieVerse Support Mode brings Archie, the platform’s AI assistant, into live support calls alongside a human team member. A single video call can now include three participants — two people and one AI — addressing a user’s issue together in real time.

Under the new format, the human agent handles judgment and case-specific decisions, while Archie provides immediate reference to platform functions and account details. The same capability is available internally: ArchieVerse support staff can consult Archie during calls, meaning the support team itself receives AI assistance while helping users.

“AI is not here to take jobs — it is here to help people do them better,” said Lauren Reynolds, co-founder of ArchieVerse. “We built our support team around that belief. Instead of using ten other apps, our users open one, and now the same idea applies to getting help: one call, humans and AI working the problem together.”

Three New Video Rendering Modes

The update also expands Archie’s video generation system for home rendering from a single 720p option to three modes. All three produce clearer output than the previous version and allow users to add or remove objects within a rendered scene and animate spaces before any physical changes are made.

– Memis 1.1 — the standard mode. Renders in HD (720p) with a clean, faithful animation of the storyboard frame, including smooth camera movement and true-to-life lighting. Positioned as the entry tier, intended for short listing clips and high-volume use.

– Memis Pro+ — the mid tier. Renders in Full HD (1080p) with more cinematic direction, including expressive camera movement and mood, while maintaining the accuracy of the home. Intended for featured shots on a listing page.

– Memis AI — the flagship tier, previously named Memis Studio. Renders in Full HD (1080p) with the platform’s most advanced video engine, producing film-style output intended for marketing campaigns.

The rendering modes are designed for home sellers, real estate agents, and designers preparing visual material for properties.
