AWAJI, JAPAN, August 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — At the official Nijigen no Mori hotel “GRAND CHARIOT Hokuto Shichisei 135°” on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture in Japan, a new “Well-Done Meat” BBQ inspired by the iconic in-game dish from the “Monster Hunter” series will be offered starting Friday, July 10, 2026 as a guest-exclusive dinner menu for overnight stays in the two collaboration rooms, “Gathering Hall Cocoon” and “My House Cocoon.”

With this menu, guests can grill bone-in meat, just as in the game. At the moment the meat is finished, staff will perform the familiar in-game sound “It’s Roasted to Perfection -” live. This summer-only special stay offers a sensory experience that lets guests fully immerse themselves in the world of “Monster Hunter.

The “Well-Done Meat” featured in the “Monster Hunter” series is one of the most iconic items in the memories of many hunters. The moment of cooking it together with friends or family while judging the perfect degree of doneness is a special experience that feels as if you have stepped into the game itself. Guests can enjoy a memorable dinner while feeling like a hunter.

Alongside with a stay in one of the collaboration rooms that recreate the world of “Monster Hunter,” guests are invited to enjoy the dreamlike experience of actually grilling the “Well-Done Meat” they have admired in the game.

■Launch of “Monster Hunter Bridge” on Awaji Island Planned for Fiscal 2027
Toward fiscal 2027, it has also been decided that the interactive “Monster Hunter Bridge” content from the Monster Hunter series will be expanded to Awaji Island.
Monster Hunter Bridge was exhibited at the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, and was experienced by approximately 100,000 visitors. The attraction captivated many guests with immersive experience combining AR devices, a 360-degree theater, immersive sound, and floor vibration.
This summer, guests can immerse themselves in the world of “Monster Hunter” through the collaboration rooms, and in fiscal 2027, they can look forward to a new immersive experience.

At GRAND CHARIOT Hokuto Shichisei 135°, the official hotel of Nijigen no Mori on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, two collaboration rooms recreating the world of the “Monster Hunter” series are available.
These collaboration rooms were produced under the supervision of Ryozo Tsujimoto, Producer of the “Monster Hunter” series, and CAPCOM Co., Ltd., and faithfully recreate the atmosphere of the works in fine detail.

■“Gathering Hall Cocoon” Overview
“Gathering Hall Cocoon” can accommodate up to four guests, just like the in-game gathering hall. In the living room, guests will find a Nijigen no Mori Special Gaming Booth equipped with a 24.5-inch monitor, a Secretlab gaming chair collaboration model for Monster Hunter, Wi-Fi, and a PlayStation^®5 Pro, creating a room where guests can enjoy Monster Hunter Wilds in a rich environment while experiencing a luxurious stay.
Inside the room, interior pieces featuring patterns from the game and the main monster of “Monster Hunter Wilds” Arkveld, welcome guests.

GRAND CHARIOT Hokuto Shichisei 135° features 23 guest rooms, each designed with an interior inspired by the shape of a cocoon. Every room includes a skylight more than five meters above the floor, offering views of the sky throughout the day and night.
Dining is supervised by Chef Haruyuki Yamashita, who operates 13 restaurants in Japan and overseas and has been recognized as a Master Chef representing Japan. The menu highlights seasonal ingredients sourced from Awaji Island, a region historically known as Miketsukuni, which supplied food to the Imperial Court.

Dinner
Guests are served a New Japanese Cuisine course supervised by Chef Haruyuki Yamashita. Chef Yamashita was named Master Chef at the World Gourmet Summit for two consecutive competitions.
The menu features seasonal ingredients from Awaji Island, including Awaji Beef, of which approximately 200 head are produced annually, locally harvested Yura sea urchin, Awaji Island onions, tomatoes, and other regional ingredients. Menu selections vary depending on the season.

① By Highway Bus
From Kansai International Airport, take a highway bus bound for Sannomiya, Namba, or Umeda. Transfer at one of these major hubs to a highway bus heading to Awaji Island. Please get off at either “Awaji IC” or “Nijigen no Mori.” Only one transfer is required, and the total travel time is approximately 3 hours.
② By Train + Highway Bus
From Kansai International Airport, travel by JR or Nankai Railway to the Osaka, Namba, or Sannomiya area. From there, transfer to a highway bus bound for Awaji Island. Please get off at either “Awaji IC” or “Nijigen no Mori.” The total travel time is approximately 3 hours.
